Catching up on the news, both old and new,
And quite busy with my funny job too.
No time these days for sketches new, to do,
But I do hope to soon have some things to show to you!

I remember whisking out my sketchbook to capture this Scribbulous cloud formation on a wistful wind-whipped waning wintry day . . .

Here is a drawing of a temple that I must have drawn in the same park (please see previous post).  If the man beside the temple looks too big it is because he is wearing a special costume.  I'll see if I can find something else to post tomorrow. . . .

Monday March 7th

The notice said "Annual Fire Alarm Inspection Monday March 7th" and "Access will be required to all suites".  I had hoped to finally spend the whole weekend sketching, but I had to spend it cleaning my apartment, which has been cluttered lately. . . .

Well maybe I can post some old things this week, I must have TONS of things hidden away? . . .

Here's something, it is a drawing of a tree . . . I do like to get out to the park, and I must have drawn this tree last summer.  As you can see it is a large tree reaching up to the sun.  The Scribble Tree was introduced to Toronto Canada from Scotland in . . . 1850 I think . . . now I'll see if I can find some other things . .  there must be TONS . . .

First time listed, a quaint postcard or playing card featuring a lady with a large hat in the shape of a flower or garlic.  With a hat like this, looks to be from the Victorian era or Eisenhower era.  Great condition for something from this era.  No postmark.  Signed on the back G.F.  Very hard to find these, these days.  I remember visiting my grandmother and she had a box full of cards like this.  But this is the first time I've seen this one.  RARE.  From a bygone day.  Not from the shitty world of today.  From a non-smoking home.  Great card.  Comical monkey must be seen to be appreciated (LOOK AT THE PHOTO).  Name of eBay store will not appear on the card.  Free shipping within the Contiguous United States.  Sorry, I NO LONGER SHIP TO SPAIN, too many hassles and I will not go down that road again.  Any questions, please email me.  Thanks for looking.
